Digital Media File Creation

I need a complete, ready-to-use digital asset—whether that ends up being a graphic, layout, short video, or other media file. I will supply the core idea and any reference material I already have; you turn it into the polished final piece and hand over the production-ready file along with the editable source. Please outline: • Your preferred creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) • How many initial concepts and revisions you include • Typical turnaround time for similar projects Deliverables I expect: 1. Final file in the appropriate high-resolution format (PDF/PNG/JPG/MP4, as applicable) 2. Editable source file 3. Usage rights transferred upon delivery If you have a concise portfolio item that shows comparable work, feel free to link it so I can gauge the fit quickly. Budget: HKD 400
