Recruit Mid-Level Customer Support Talent

I need an experienced recruiter who can take full ownership of finding and vetting mid-level customer support professionals for my team. The goal is to move swiftly from sourcing to final decision, so I’m looking for someone who already knows where top talent hides and can guide them smoothly through each interview round. What matters most in these hires: • Problem-solving • Communication skills • Technical proficiency You will handle every stage of the process: • Initial screening – confirm fit, motivation, and salary expectations. • Technical assessment – probe real-world troubleshooting scenarios and product knowledge. • Final interview – present your strongest two or three finalists and sit in to provide hiring insights. I’ll supply a brief on our product, culture, and must-ask questions. You’ll use your own network, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or any ATS you prefer to build a qualified pipeline, keep candidates engaged, and deliver concise interview notes and recommendations after each step. Once we agree on a candidate, you’ll manage offer negotiation and ensure a smooth hand-off to HR.
