Scope Please review the existing Meta setup and: 1. Identify the likely cause of the verification failure and check whether the number or WABA has any setup issues. 2. Advise whether it is safe to request another code, and help complete verification if Meta allows it. 3. Finish configuring the existing Meta app and WhatsApp Cloud API. 4. Test sending and receiving a message, and provide clear handover instructions.
