At this stage the key outcome is a concise roadmap that defines scope, milestones, resources, risks, and success metrics. Once the plan is approved, there will be room for you to carry the work forward into design, development, or process implementation—whatever proves most suitable after discovery. Deliverables I expect up front: • A brief discovery session to understand goals and constraints • A written project charter outlining objectives and measurable results • A phased timeline with recommended milestones and resource estimates • A risk and dependency matrix with mitigation suggestions Please share relevant experience turning complex ideas into structured execution plans and note any frameworks or tools you rely on (Agile, Scrum, Asana, Trello, Gantt, etc.). If you see additional elements that would strengthen the roadmap, include them in your proposal—I’m open to improvements that protect quality and timeline. Budget: INR 12500–37500
