Roll Forming Simulation & Roller Optimization -- 2

I need a detailed roll-forming simulation focused on optimizing the roller design and the entire set of forming passes for a steel or stainless-steel strip. You will receive the exact thickness, and material grade from me at the start of the project so the material model in your FEA setup is accurate. Scope – Build and run the full forming simulation (e.g., using COPRA FEA RF, Abaqus, LS-DYNA, or a comparable package). – Iterate the flower pattern and roller geometries until the final profile exits within tolerance and free of cracking, wrinkling, and excessive springback. – Recommend any changes in pass sequence, roller radius, or alignment that lower forming loads or improve dimensional stability. Deliverables • Simulation files and editable CAD of the optimized roller set • A concise report summarising stresses, thickness distribution, springback prediction, and the rationale behind each design change • PDF/DXF of the updated flower diagram ready for tooling manufacture Please confirm the software you intend to use and an estimated turnaround time when you reply.
