Exact PDF to Word Re-type

I have a PDF that needs to be re-typed into an editable Word document. Every word must match the source, and I also need headings, boldface, italics, and paragraph breaks carried over exactly as they appear—no extra styling, but no loss of the basics either. If you come across any sections that are smudged, faint, or otherwise hard to decipher, simply highlight the word or phrase and add a short comment so I can review it later; please do not guess or leave gaps unmarked. The final hand-off is a clean, proof-read .docx file ready for immediate use. Budget: INR 750–1250
