Your day-to-day will involve three intertwined pieces of the process: 1. Locate motivated sellers – cold-call, text, scrape online sources, and dig through public records until solid leads are ready for qualification. 2. Grow and nurture my cash-buyer network – identify active buyers, verify their purchase criteria, and keep them informed about fresh deals. 3. Draft the paperwork – from the first offer letter through assignment and purchase agreements, making sure every clause and signature line is correct so we can close quickly. I’ll share market boundaries, past lead data, and my current contract templates. You bring resourcefulness, strong phone and research skills, familiarity with tools such as PropStream, BatchLeads, REI-specific CRMs, and the ability to write clean, legally sound contracts.
