Craft Final Text Document

I have a piece of source material titled “Jheng enkok anuh lik” and I need it turned into a polished, completed text document. The brief is intentionally open because I am looking for your creative or linguistic expertise to decide the best way to shape the final piece—whether that means developing original written content around the phrase, refining an existing draft, or delivering a clear translation if you recognise the language. My priority is a clean, reader-ready document that flows naturally in English, free of grammatical issues and formatted for easy sharing (Word or Google Doc is fine). When you respond, please outline the direction you think is most suitable—translation, rewriting, or fresh composition—and describe your relevant experience in that area. If you need to see a sample or ask clarifying questions before committing to an approach, just let me know; I’m happy to provide what you need so the final text meets expectations. Budget: USD 250–750
