Description: I have a list of 2,000 specific street addresses located within a single, uniform tract-housing USA town. I am looking for a data specialist to handle the entire extraction process and deliver the final data file. You can use whatever framework, scripting tools, or APIs you prefer. Your deliverable must be a clean, fully-populated CSV spreadsheet containing exactly these 9 columns for all 2,000 addresses: 1. Address 2. Bedrooms 3. Bathrooms 4. Basement Type (Standardized text, e.g., Full, partial Crawl, Slab, none) finished/unfinished if avail 5. Garage Spaces (Numeric count, e.g., 2, 3) or exterior parking if no garage 6. GLA / SF (Gross Living Area - above grade only) 7. Age / Year Built 8. Design Type (Cleanly categorized as: Single-Family, Townhouse, or Condo, 2 story/ranch/split level) 9. Lot Size Data Completeness Rules: To receive a full milestone payout, every single row must contain an explicit, verified status for BOTH the "Basement Type" and "Garage Spaces" metrics. Because this is a standard tract town, these features are uniform. If a property is off-market and missing data on Zillow, you must cross-reference alternative sources (such as Redfin, Realtor, or the local county tax assessor website) to populate the fields. Blank entries or "Unknown" flags are not acceptable. Future Phase: If this first 2,000-property batch is accurate and 100% complete, I will immediately open a second milestone phase to extract the remaining 4,000 parcels in the same town.
