A virtual deposition for a civil case is set for October 26, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. (Eastern Time). The session is expected to last between one and two hours, and it will be conducted entirely online, so you may participate from any location with a stable internet connection. Fluency in both English and St. Lucian Creole is essential. While formal certification is not required, solid, demonstrable experience handling legal or civil-case proceedings is a must. You should be comfortable with the pace and terminology of depositions and able to preserve accuracy, neutrality, and confidentiality throughout. Deliverables • Provide consecutive or near-simultaneous interpretation for the full duration of the deposition (up to 2 hours or more • Remain available for a brief tech check 15 minutes before the start time. • Supply a clear audio setup (headset and quiet environment) and maintain a reliable connection. • Observe strict confidentiality and, if requested, sign an NDA prior to the session.
