Short Comedy Drama Scriptwriting

I’m developing a concise dramatic piece that leans squarely into comedy, and I need a talented writer to craft the full script from start to finish. The work will be a self-contained short drama—think of it as a bite-sized stage or screen story that relies on sharp dialogue and clear scene direction to land its laughs. Here’s what I’m after: • A complete screenplay formatted to standard industry conventions, ready for either a table read or immediate production. • Strong comedic beats that carry the narrative without padding the runtime. • Clearly written character motivations and scene descriptions so actors and crew can visualize the flow. I haven’t locked myself into one comedic approach, so you’re free to introduce anything from witty banter to cleverly timed physical gags—whatever best serves the story’s momentum. Once the draft is in, I’ll review, give concise notes, and expect a polished revision. If you have experience writing short, punchy comedies and can turn ideas into a tight, engaging script, let’s get rolling. Budget: INR 500–250000
