Convert Lecture Notes to Interactive PDF

I have a stack of handwritten lecture notes that need a digital makeover. Your job is to turn every page into a clean, easy-to-navigate interactive PDF. The text should be transcribed accurately, organized into clear bullet points, and presented with a consistent look that matches standard academic materials. I’d also like interactive touches—internal links, a clickable table of contents, and searchable text—so students can jump straight to any topic. Feel free to work in Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or any comparable PDF authoring tool, as long as the final file opens flawlessly on all major PDF readers. When you reply, include a detailed project proposal outlining: • your approach to accurate transcription (OCR vs. manual typing) • how you’ll handle layout and bullet-point styling • the interactive elements you plan to add • an estimated timeline for draft and final delivery Deliverable: one polished, fully interactive PDF compiled from my handwritten lecture notes, ready to distribute to the class. Budget: INR 1250–2500
