Your core focus will be: • Processing customer transactions accurately and on schedule, maintaining an intermediate level of attention to detail so every entry and update is double-checked before submission. • Handling complaints that reach us via email and live chat, turning frustrated users into satisfied repeat customers through clear, empathetic communication. You’ll log each interaction, flag recurring issues, and collaborate with our in-house staff so we can refine internal processes. Strong written English, quick typing, and an organized approach to multitasking are essential.
