Content Sharing App and Website

I’m ready to launch a unified mobile app and responsive website that make it effortless for users to discover, read, and share curated information. On both platforms, I need clean navigation, fast search, user accounts with social-style profiles, and simple publishing tools so contributors can upload text, images, or short videos. A lightweight CMS on the back end should let my team moderate submissions, schedule posts, and review analytics without touching code. Please outline in a detailed project proposal how you would: • Design and build the iOS/Android app alongside the website so they feel consistent yet fully native • Choose the tech stack for speed, scalability, and easy maintenance • Implement account creation (email and social login), push/email notifications, and optional offline reading • Integrate a basic analytics dashboard that tracks views, shares, and engagement per article • Handle staging, testing, and hand-over, including brief documentation and a walkthrough for my non-technical editors Show me milestones, major deliverables, and the timeframe you’d need. Past work links are welcome but not mandatory—the clarity and depth of your proposal will be the key factor. Budget: INR 12500–37500
