Content Management: Schedule and post content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Copywriting: Write compelling, relatable captions with strong call-to-actions (CTAs) and relevant hashtags. Engagement & Growth: Monitor post performance, engage with the audience, and identify viral trends. Requirements: Proven Portfolio: Experience editing high-retention short-form videos (please attach work samples). Software Proficiency: Mastery of Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects. Trend Awareness: Solid understanding of Instagram/TikTok algorithms, viral hooks, and audio trends. Culture & Market Insight: Familiarity with Indian/South Asian pop culture, memes, and the Canadian market is a major plus.
