Classical Music Recording

I need a high-quality recording of a small ensemble, like a quartet or chamber group. This recording is for an audition, competition, or application and requires several separate pieces or movements. I'm a classical music composer in the Boston area. I'm writing to you because I have a recording session coming up for one of my compositions, on Saturday October 31st from 1:30-2:30pm, in Somerville MA. I just found out that the recording that I booked comes with a basic stereo mic setup, which may not be enough for what I was envisioning. This piece is a Concerto Grosso, which means that it is written for four solo string players (two violinists, a violist, and a cellist) plus string orchestra. I am considering having good quality mics to capture the soloists, and possibly someone to also mix and edit a good recording afterwards. The latter is something that I may be able to handle myself, as I have experience in basic audio mixing and editing. Is this something that you'd be interesting in taking up,?
