Custom Android Multi-Tab Browser APK Development I need an experienced Android developer to build a new browser app from scratch. 1: UI design closely matching my reference screenshot. 2: Black background, colorful buttons, and yellow borders. 3: Support for up to 50 browser tabs. 4: Multiple WebView instances with tab switching. 5: Add, remove, hide, and manage tabs. 6: Back, Forward, Stop, Paste, and Refresh controls. 7: Refresh All Tabs option. 8: Optimized RAM usage and smooth performance. 9: Save and restore browser tabs. 10: Support for Android phones. Budget: INR 1250–2500
