Description
I’m looking for a qualified architect or structural engineer to design a fully code-compliant one-hour fire-rated wall. The wall will act as a fire safety separation between two ADUs , resolving an existing separation issue flagged by our local authority. Must have a CA stamp
Turnaround is time-sensitive, so please include a realistic delivery date when you reply and highlight any similar one-hour wall designs you’ve completed.
Budget: USD 500–3000
