Description
I'm seeking an experienced professional to create construction drawings and obtain permits for an office buildout. The space will include:
- 4 offices
- 2 conference rooms
- 1 men's restroom
- 1 women's restroom
I have a measured floor plan with accurate dimensions. Ideal candidates should have:
- Strong background in commercial office buildouts
- Proficiency in creating detailed construction drawings
- Experience with navigating permit processes
