Efficient Google Ads Lead Setup

I’m preparing a Google Ads campaign for a professional-services firm and want the account built from the ground up to generate phone calls—only within one specific U.S. city. Quality leads at the lowest possible cost per call is the benchmark. The work starts with intent-focused keyword research, moves into a tightly themed campaign structure, and finishes with ads that compel prospects to tap “Call.” Call conversion tracking must be wired through Google Ads and Google Tag Manager so every ring is recorded.
