Cross-Platform Field Engineer App

I need a straightforward mobile app that my field engineers can open on-site, enter their work, and forget about paperwork. Each visit must let them record: • Job visit details and work completed • Equipment inspection readings with photo capture • Customer details and the final service report • A quick QR or Bar Code scan of the device they worked on Because many sites have poor reception, the app has to store everything locally and push it automatically the moment a data signal returns—no manual syncing. The same build must run smoothly on both Android and iOS phones and tablets. As soon as data lands on the server, an API endpoint should forward it to our monitoring system so the office can see real-time updates. The admin team also needs a simple way to export all records (CSV or Excel) for their own reporting. Deliverables 1. Production-ready Android & iOS apps 2. Offline data capture with auto-sync 3.
