AI-Driven Telugu Thriller Concept Film

I have a tight thriller plot set in India, a detailed shot list, and plenty of visual references. What I need next is a short proof-of-concept film— brought to life with the latest AI video-generation tools and finished to a cinematic standard. The tone must be dark, stylised and suspense-heavy. All dialogue and subtitles should be in Telugu so the regional flavour is unmistakable. I’ll supply the script excerpts, character notes and reference imagery; you’ll generate or enhance the footage, keep each character’s look consistent from scene to scene, and build the final cut with colour grading, sound design, SFX and an edge-of-the-seat score. I’m open to your professional advice on the precise visual approach—realistic live action, neo-noir lighting, stylised animation or a smart blend—so long as it serves the mood and story. Deliverables • AI-generated or AI-enhanced video clips that match my shot list • Clean Telugu dialogue, synced SFX, suspense music and hard-coded subtitles • A fully edited 4K master plus project files for future expansion Acceptance criteria: the narrative flows for the full runtime, characters remain visually consistent, audio and subtitles stay perfectly in sync, and the final export is polished enough to screen for producers or investors. Budget: AUD 10–30
