I’m refreshing a public-facing office and need engaging 2D and 3D visuals that focus solely on furniture and décor. The shell, flooring, and fixed installations will stay as they are—your task is to transform the space through layout, furnishings, colours, lighting accents, and decorative elements. What I’m after: • A 2D furniture placement plan that clearly shows circulation paths and key measurements. • Photorealistic 3D renderings (at least three angles) illustrating the proposed look and feel. • A concise mood board with colour palette, material swatches, and style direction. • A basic shopping/spec list for the featured furniture, lighting, and accessories so I can source items or approved equivalents locally. Key points: • The area functions as an office that welcomes visitors, so the design must balance professionalism with an inviting atmosphere. • You’re free to suggest any style—modern, minimalist, biophilic, or a blend—so long as it remains practical for daily office use. • Deliver files in common formats: DWG/PDF for plans and JPEG/PNG (plus original 3D source, e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit) for renders. I’ll provide existing floor measurements, photos, and brand guidelines once we start.
