3D Printing Model for Casting

I need a clean, accurate 3D model of a product-sized object that will be printed first and then used as the master for casting. I’ll supply all reference photos, sketches, and key dimensions; your job is to translate them into a watertight, print-ready file that survives the casting workflow without extra fixes. Because the design is destined for casting, surface fidelity and consistent wall thickness are important. If you see areas where undercuts, draft, or sprue allowances should be adjusted, flag them so we can agree on the best approach before you finalise the geometry.
