Convert Sketch Into Full Floorplan

I have put together a rough hand-sketch of an entire apartment and now need it transformed into a precise, workable floorplan. The goal is to determine exactly where the walls should sit, how large each room and the bathrooms ought to be, and confirm that everything fits comfortably before any construction begins. Scope • Whole-home layout: every room, bathroom, and circulation space must appear on the plan. • Accurate wall placement and thicknesses so the contractor can build directly from the drawing. • Clear room dimensions and overall measurements for quick reference. • Functional flow: doors, windows, and room adjacencies should make day-to-day living practical. Deliverables 1. Scaled floorplan (PDF) showing walls, rooms, bathrooms, and key fixtures. 2. Source file in the native format of your software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) so I can edit later if needed. 3. A brief note explaining design decisions that affect room sizes or traffic flow. Acceptance criteria: the plan must stay within my sketch’s exterior footprint, label every space, and present dimensions in metric and imperial.
