Sales Representative / Business Development Partner (Long-Term, Commission Only)

We are a growing company that provides software, web development, and digital marketing solutions for businesses. We are looking for a motivated sales professional to help us find new clients and projects, and to become a long-term partner with us. This is a commission-only position. There is no base salary. You earn from the deals you bring in, so your income depends on your own results. What you will do: Find and research potential clients and business opportunities Contact leads by email, LinkedIn, phone, or other channels Present our products and services and set up meetings Negotiate and close deals Build and maintain good relationships with clients Send a short weekly report on your leads and results What we offer: 10% commission on every deal you close Ongoing commission on repeat business from clients you bring in Long-term cooperation, with a higher commission rate for top performers Clear written agreement on how sales are tracked and paid Full support from us, including product information, sales materials, and a technical team What we need from you: Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation Strong communication skills in English Ability to work independently and meet targets Honest, professional, and committed to long-term results To apply: Please send a short message with your sales experience, industries you have worked in, examples of results you have achieved, and your preferred way of working.
