Traditional Living Room 3D

I already hold the full architectural blueprints and I now want the living room translated into a dimensional, photo-real environment that captures a warm Traditional aesthetic while functioning primarily as a productive work/study zone. Starting from the plans you will build the room in 3D, respecting every dimension, opening, ceiling detail and service point. From there I expect a classic palette—think rich woods, timeless upholstery, layered soft lighting—yet organised around an integrated desk, generous shelving and task-oriented ergonomics so the space feels equally inviting for reading, video calls or quiet focus. Please include: • A clean, editable 3D model (SketchUp, 3ds Max or comparable) • At least three high-resolution still renders showing daylight and evening moods • A concise schedule of key finishes, furniture pieces and lighting fixtures referenced in the model Work is approved when the renders match the blueprint geometry within tolerance, clearly evoke a refined Traditional look, and show practical circulation around the study elements.
