3D Avatar Creation with 7 Animations (GLB Format) cartonish

I have a set of reference images and need them transformed into one medium-detail, cartoonish 3D character ready for real-time use in Three.js. The final deliverable must be a single .GLB file that contains the fully rigged avatar plus seven separate animations: • Idle animations • Action animations • Emotional expressions Each clip must be clearly named so it can be triggered individually at runtime. Please make sure geometry, textures, and rig are optimized for fast web playback without sacrificing visual appeal.
