Meta Image Ads Optimisation

I need an experienced Meta Ads specialist who can plan, launch, and optimise image-based campaigns across both Facebook and Instagram. All creative will be static images; no video or carousel formats are required right now. You’ll handle everything from audience segmentation and pixel set-up to bid strategy, daily optimisation, and clear performance reporting. If expertise with Messenger placements is available, let me know so we can consider adding that later, but the immediate focus is Facebook and Instagram feeds and stories.
