LinkedIn Profile Management Needed

I’d like an experienced social media professional to take full ownership of my company’s LinkedIn presence. The page already exists; what I need now is a steady rhythm of high-quality posts, profile optimisation and community interaction that drives traffic back to the website and positions the brand as a thought leader in our niche. Here’s what the role looks like from my side: • Content planning and scheduling – you will research topics that resonate with our audience, draft compelling copy, pair it with suitable visuals and queue everything in a scheduling tool such as Hootsuite, Buffer or the native LinkedIn scheduler. • Page optimisation – refine the headline, about section, imagery and feature modules so the profile feels complete and on-brand. • Engagement – respond to comments, nurture conversations in relevant groups and proactively connect with potential partners or prospects. • Performance tracking – supply a concise monthly report using LinkedIn Analytics (or similar) so we can see follower growth, reach and click-throughs, then adjust the strategy accordingly. Deliverables will be: 1. A 30-day content calendar ready to publish. 2. Updated profile copy and creative assets. 3. Ongoing weekly engagement and comment management. 4. End-of-month metrics report with key insights and next-step recommendations.
