Description
I need an engineering professional to check and stamp designs for a 1440 SF coastal home on piers in New Port Richey, Florida. All CAD files will be provided.
Requirements:
- Final design compliance check
- Stamping for permit approval
- Ensure compliance with local codes and energy efficiency
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Florida building codes, especially for coastal properties
- Experience with energy-efficient building designs
- Licensed engineer with ability to stamp designs for permits
