Fix Dog Brand WooCommerce Issues

I run a dog-care e-commerce brand on WordPress + WooCommerce and the site is not performing. I need someone who can jump in, track down the underlying causes, and get everything running so the website starts produces some much needed sales. When people buy the product from us at dog shows they love it, but our website is struggling to make sales. Beyond the core fixes, I want to tighten up on-page SEO and overall user experience. Schema, meta tags, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, anything that helps us rank better for our niche keywords is on the table. I want to ensure our analytics is working, I'd like to use AI platforms like Zeely to run some ads.
