Description
I’m fitting out a commercial office from the ground up and need all of the network cabling in place before we move furniture or equipment onsite. The job is a completely new installation—no legacy wiring to worry about—so you’ll be running, terminating, labeling, and testing fresh Cat5e / Cat6 Ethernet throughout the suite.
The scope includes:
• Pulling cable through ceilings, risers, and conduits as required by the layout
• Installing and dressing patch panels, keystone jacks, and faceplates so everything is clean and serviceable
• Testing each drop for continuity and speed, then providing the certification report
• Clearly labeling every run for easy future maintenance
• Observing all commercial-grade fire-stopping, cable-management, and low-voltage code requirements the building management specifies
We can walk the site together before you start so you can confirm exact run counts, cable lengths, and any special hardware you might recommend. When you hand over, I expect a fully functional, neatly organized network backbone that’s plug-and-play for our switch gear. If you have recent office deployments in your portfolio or BICSI/FOA certifications, let me know—those carry weight here.
Budget: SGD 20–30
