Description
I’m putting together a new batch of YouTube videos that dive deep into legacy GPUs—think quirky driver behaviour, power-hungry cards of the past, and all the frame-time oddities that make them memorable. To make each episode pop, I need production-ready scripts that balance solid technical insight with an entertaining, story-driven voice my viewers will happily binge.
Here’s what I’m after: you’ll research a chosen legacy-GPU topic, craft a clear hook, develop an engaging narrative, and wrap with a concise call-to-action that suits the channel’s style. While writing, build in natural prompts for camera shots; close-ups of heatsinks, PCB traces, and retro power connectors are the most helpful B-roll cues for the editor. Charts or gameplay captures are welcome ideas too, but those close-ups are the priority.
Because the channel’s humour and references lean British, a UK base is ideal for quick back-and-forth and cultural fit, but I’m open to anyone who can nail the tone.
When you reply, just let me know:
• A brief snapshot of your tech background and any past writing or on-screen work.
• A link to samples that show you can mix hard facts with an entertaining flow.
• How you prefer to price: per script, per thousand words, or another model that works for you.
If vintage silicon quirks excite you and you can spin them into a watch-worthy story, I’d love to hear from you.
Budget: GBP 20–250
