I have a set of ready-made, fillable PDF forms and a matching spreadsheet that already contains all the text you’ll need. Your task is straightforward: transfer each line of text from the spreadsheet into the corresponding fields of the PDFs, double-checking that every entry lands in the right spot and that the form keeps its formatting. I’ll provide: • The spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheets) with the organized text data. • The fillable PDF templates. You’ll return the completed PDFs, keeping the file names and field structure unchanged so they slot straight back into my workflow. Accuracy is critical—spelling, spacing, and field alignment must mirror the source exactly. If you spot any mismatch or field overflow, flag it so we can fix it before final delivery. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, PDF-XChange, or similar form-filling tools will make this go smoothly, but use whichever software you prefer as long as the output remains fully fillable and error-free.
