Description
Architect needed to produce construction-ready drawings, a Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and 3D renderings for both internal and external views. 3-bedroom house with semi-detached guest bedroom. Location: Nyahururu, Kenya. Project brief and concept floor plan are attached.
IMPORTANT
- Looking for someone with experience or understanding of construction using machine-cut natural stones
Timeline: 1-2 weeks.
Budget: USD 30–250
