Description

I’m ready to hand over full ownership of our online-poker growth engine to a seasoned marketer who already knows the nuances of this industry. Your mission is simple but ambitious: bring in new players, keep them playing, and turn them into loyal advocates. Here’s the landscape you’ll be steering: • Strategy focus – acquisition first, then engagement and retention – all three must work together in a measurable cycle. • Core channels – social media, email marketing, and paid search. I expect you to decide how each dollar is split, optimise relentlessly, and prove ROI. • Social playground – Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, Reddit, and Discord are where our audience hangs out now. If you have a fresh angle on any other platform, let’s test it. Day to day you’ll craft campaigns, run A/B tests, brief creatives, build affiliate and influencer relationships, and report in clear, actionable metrics. Existing contacts in the poker community will move your application to the top of the pile. Deliverables I need to see in the first 30 days: 1. An integrated 90-day marketing roadmap with KPIs for acquisition, engagement, and retention. 2. Channel-specific campaign calendars (social, email, search). 3. A shortlist of influencer/affiliate partners, complete with outreach status. 4. Reporting template outlining the metrics you’ll supply weekly. If you’ve scaled real-money or iGaming brands before and can hit these marks, let’s talk. Budget: USD 100–3000
