E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist Needed

We are an established manufacturing/retail business looking for an experienced freelance E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to handle end-to-end product cataloging, listing optimization, and daily operational management across Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. The goal is to ensure 100% policy compliance, high search visibility, accurate catalog mapping, and smooth day-to-day account health. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cataloging & Bulk Listing Creation: Create single and bulk flat-file listings (Excel/flat files) on Amazon and Flipkart.Ensure correct category taxonomy, variation themes (size, color, pack size), and attribute mapping.Manage UPC/EAN/GTIN codes or apply for Brand Name / GTIN exemptions where needed. 2. Listing Optimization & Marketplace SEO: Conduct high-intent keyword research (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or marketplace search trends).Craft compelling, high-converting product titles, keyword-rich feature bullets, search terms (backend keywords), and descriptions. Coordinate or format product images according to platform specifications (clean white backgrounds, dimension infographics, lifestyle callouts).Set up Amazon A+ Content (EBC) and Brand Store pages (if Brand Registry is active). 3. Daily Operations & Account Health Management:Monitor inventory levels, update stock counts, adjust selling prices/MRP, and configure promotional discounts/coupons.Proactively monitor account health metrics (ODR, cancellation rates, late shipments, policy warnings).Resolve listing suppression, strand issues, error codes (e.g., Amazon 5665 / 8572), and raise/follow up on seller support tickets. 4. Promotions & Deals:Nominate and manage participation in marketplace deal events (Lightning Deals, Festive Sales, Price Drops). Budget: INR 1500–12500
