Corporate Event Photo Editing

I have a recent corporate-level photo set that now needs a polished, natural-and-clean edit. The images capture keynote speakers, on-stage presentations, and plenty of candid networking moments; those are the moments I want to shine through once the retouch is complete. You’ll receive a batch of RAW files straight from my camera. Your job is to correct color, exposure, and white balance while keeping everything realistic—no heavy filters or over-saturation. Please give special attention to the clarity of speaker faces, presentation screens, and the interactions among attendees. Minor distractions in the background can be removed where they pull focus, but keep the overall corporate atmosphere intact. Deliverables: • Fully edited high-resolution JPEGs (sRGB) plus a matching set of lightly compressed web-ready copies • A Lightroom catalog or XML presets so I can see exactly what was done • Turnaround: first preview within 48 hours, final set within one week of approval Acceptance criteria: • Consistent, natural color across the entire batch • Sharp, well-lit subjects—especially speakers and audience interactions • No artifacts, halos, or crushed blacks when viewed at 100 % Lightroom Classic and Photoshop are my usual tools, so compatibility there is important.
