Description
I need to hammer our phone system around the clock to see exactly where, when, and why it breaks. That means placing a very high volume of outbound calls to our own in-house numbers throughout the entire day—morning, afternoon, and evening—so every traditional “rush hour” is covered.
To make the volume realistic, I want a combination of both real people and automated software working together. The human element will catch nuance and latency that bots miss, while the dialer will generate the sheer load we need. Every call must originate from a unique U S-based number (or a convincingly rotated caller ID pool) so the network doesn’t flag them as duplicates.
What matters most is detailed evidence. Any time the system fails, routes to the wrong extension, drops, or hangs up, I expect a precise record of the timestamp, originating number, destination path, and end result. Audio recordings for problem calls will speed up troubleshooting on my side.
Deliverables on completion:
• Consolidated call log (CSV or XLS) with outcome codes and timestamps
• Highlighted list of all failures, misroutes, and disconnects with short notes
• Audio files for every error instance
• Brief summary report outlining observed patterns and recommendations
If you already have a cloud dialer or a pool of testers ready, let me know how quickly you can start and what daily call volume you can sustain.
