Recreate Eye-catching Posters for FryDay Restaurant -- 2

I need an experienced graphic designer to recreate two posters for FryDay Restaurant & Cafe, Sursand, Bihar, from scratch using the attached images as references. The designs should look professional, aesthetic, attractive, and easy to read, while maintaining the existing maroon, gold, and cream brand theme. Required Sizes: Vertical roadside poster: 27 inches wide × 120 inches high. Horizontal staircase wall poster: 115 inches wide × 35 inches high. Deliverables: High-resolution, print-ready PDF files at the exact dimensions. Editable original source files (AI, CDR, PSD, or equivalent). CMYK color mode, suitable resolution, proper bleed and safe margins for large-format printing. Correct spelling, typography, alignment, colors, and all text as per the reference designs. Both designs must be recreated cleanly from scratch, not simply enlarged from the reference images. The final files must be suitable for professional large-format printing without loss of quality. Please share relevant portfolio samples and confirm experience creating large-format print designs. Budget: INR 600–1500
