Description
I'm seeking a professional to create comprehensive civil plans for my six-unit building project. I currently have old civil plans, but need updated and accurate documents.
Required Civil Plan Items:
- Site grading and drainage plan
- Utility plans for water, sewer, and stormwater
- Parking, driveway, and site access plan
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in civil engineering and land development
- Experience with multi-unit residential projects
- Proficient in site grading, drainage, and utility planning
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work from existing, outdated plans
