Automated Business Data Collection Script

I need a browser-automation script that can visit a series of websites and reliably pull down three specific data points for every business it encounters: the company name, its full contact details (phone and email when available), and the physical address. Think of it as a targeted web scraper, but built with a headless browser so it can navigate dynamic pages, handle simple captchas or pop-ups, and respect polite delay intervals between requests. You are free to work in Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or any comparable framework, as long as the final solution runs on a recent version of Chrome or Chromium and is easy for me to schedule on a Windows machine. A clear configuration file (or well-commented constants) should let me swap in new starting URLs, adjust timeouts, and set the destination CSV or JSON path without touching core logic. Please lay out a concise project proposal that covers the approach you’ll take, any third-party libraries you expect to rely on, and how you plan to keep the runtime efficient while avoiding IP blocks.
